1a.) Dehumanization~ the psychological process of demonizing the enemy, making them seem less than human and hence not worthy of humane treatment. This can lead to increased violence, human rights violations, war crimes, and genocide.

1b.) Being prisoners  they are forced to do things in order to survive, so kinda like all man for themselves

1c.) He started off like everyone else being faithfull and full of hope, but after a while he notice a lot of people dying and being torchured and he says

Literary #3

1.)  In the book “Night” if you know what you want to presume in life keep fighting for it and you’ll make it till the end if you don’t everything that you’ve been through before was all thrown away so why not finish.

Elie was put into one of the more harsh circumstances as a child yet he did not give up on his life, Teaching others to have hope in yourself.

Adolf Hitler

During World War 1, Adolf Hitler applied to serve in the German army and was accepted. He spent most of his time in the front lines, but he was present for many battles and was wounded. According to http://www.biography.com, “Hitler became bitter over the collapse of the war effort. Hitler was also shocked by Germany's surrender in 1918. He believed that the German army had been betrayed by civilian leaders and Marxists.” Adolf Hitler started to get use to and started to like German patriotism. He would blame other people for the downfall of Germany’s army. He wanted Germany to be the top in the world. After World War 1, Hitler returned to Munich, and later joined the German Workers’ Party (DAP). Hitler started to be known for his speeches against the Treaty of Versailles, rival politicians, Marxists and Jews. According to http://www.biography.com, “On November 8, 1923, Hitler and the SA stormed in a public meeting. Hitler announced that the national revolution had begun and declared the formation of a new government. He was then arrested three days after that incident, and served a year in prison.” This shows that Hitler wants the government to change. He wants to get people on his side, so when he gets a chance to be leader there will be people who will stand by him. Also, even though Hitler liked the German patriotism, he wants to be the leader and show that Germany should be at the top in the world. Adolf Hitler really likes Germany’s patriotism, that after Germany lost in the World War 1, Adolf wants to show that he can make Germany stronger.

Adolf Hitler, In the 20th century (1889-1945) he became the most powerful and infamous dictator. According to history.com “After world war 1 he rose to power in the National Socialist German Workers party, taking control of the german government in 1933” His cruel mind led up to him killing more than 6million people in the Holocaust. You may be thinking “wow this man is crazy why isn’t he in jail?”To avoid being arrested, Hitler left for Munich in May 1931 but was forced to return although it led to him failing his physical. As he ended up volunteering for the Bavarian army. Following year he served during all world war 1, he cared passionately about his people and German Heritage but but  It was his hatred for the jewish community , through the nazis and his eyes they see it as they were responsible for losing world war one. He was disappointed and angered  The tide of the was turned to following an invasion or Russian and U.S. entry into battle, and Hitler killed himself shortly before the Germany's defeat.

FINAL

My one deed of kindness you betrays me with your selfish heart

Tearing me apart not knowing what you did as I just play along

Wanting revenge for what you did but never wanting to hurt you

Thinking if I become dominant over you,

Or lead you, I could feel better

As I attempt to reach for the top you catch me in my own act and shoot me

Drowning in my own fear lest it happens again

Slowly I try to build myself back up

Not letting you touch me

I may not be able to control you

But my quest to be powerful

Makes me take it out on other people

Gaining power over people I didn’t mean to do

Despite what happened

I gave you what you wanted

Thinking that maybe you’ll have built up guilt

Then feel the exact same way I did

Knowing that it's impossible

I will keep the last thing you didn’t take from me

Hope that one day you’ll be able to feel the way I did
